Kids Collective employs over 50 staff, primarily in childcare and education, and also in support services such as catering, administration and finance. In addition, we operate our own Supply Team of temporary childcare staff. We can offer permanent, temporary, full-time or part-time positions to qualified and unqualified Playworkers and Nursery Practitioners, with a full range of career and training opportunities. We also occasionally have non-childcare positions available.

You can now follow us on Facebook to ensure you are kept up to date with future job opportunities. All prospective employees must be of the highest calibre and be committed to providing outstanding child care. All members of our team are expected to keep up to date by undertaking ongoing provided training and ensure that the needs of every individual child are well met. All staff must undergo an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, receive two satisfactory references and complete a health declaration form. Staff should also be prepared to undertake our mandatory training requirements within the first year of employment.
